Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You do not need a referral to receive speech and language therapy. While you may receive a recommendation to see a speech language pathologist by a doctor, school teacher, psychologist, etc., it is not a requirement to begin therapy.

Session duration and pricing
Session length is determined by needs, age and availability.

Our shorter 25-minute session costs $95.
Our longer 50-minute session costs $170.

How long is a session and what are the associated costs?
How many sessions will I need?
Every person has individual needs and progress at different rates. There are several factors to consider, including diagnosis, motivation, age, and severity of impediment. After an assessment, we will be able to provide a more accurate timeline and a better indication of expected outcomes.

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide services at client's home or school. We serve out of two locations: West Vancouver and Burnaby.

Billing
We accept all major credit cards. Your card will be securely held on file and billed after each session.
Speech and language therapy services may be covered by your extended health plan. We DO NOT bill the insurance provider directly.
